Shipping Policy
- PROCESSING: Orders are shipped within two business days.
- SHIPPING METHODS
UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and USPS Priority Mail.
- SHIPPING REFUND
Original shipping charges are not refundable (Minimum $20.00). Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a return, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage.

Return Cancellation Policy
Only unopened and undamaged merchandise may be returned for a store credit. Reeds, mouthpieces and copyright material are not returnable. If damage to a product has occurred you must contact the shipper (USES, UPS, FedEx). Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items including exchanges, except when it is our fault.
Exchanges Requirements
- Request for exchange must be made in writing either by Email or letter.
- Exchange request must be made within 10-days of receipt of purchase.
- No Exchange will be accepted without an Exchange Return Authorization number.
- Items must be in the original, unopened, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards.
- The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton.
- Please note that the warranty card must not be filled out.
- SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES (MINIMUM $20.00), ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
- Exchanges must be received by HighPointPiano.com within 14 calendar days after notifying HighPointPiano.com of intent to exchange.
- After the exchange period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your purchase.

All products purchased via Online Checkout on www.highpointpiano.com are new and come supplied with original manufacturer warranties included with each item.
HighPointPiano.com does not offer any express warranties. Manufacturers' warranties can also be obtained for free by contacting the manufacturer. Please note that products in this category are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated.
